ONLINERELOADED Website Development Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Website Development Terms and Conditions (referred to as “Terms”) govern the use of website development services provided by ONLINERELOADED (the “Developer”) to clients (the “Clients”). By engaging in any project with ONLINERELOADED, the Client expressly accepts all terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Scope of Work
The specific deliverables and project requirements shall be governed by a separate Scope of Work document. The Scope of Work will detail the project’s objectives, features, timeline, and any other relevant information. Both parties must review and approve the Scope of Work before proceeding with the project.
3. Responsibilities
3.1 Developer Requirements
- The Developer agrees to design, develop, test, and host websites according to the approved Scope of Work.
- Any changes to this agreement or deliverables must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.
- The Developer will notify the Client of any risks or schedule delays that may impact project delivery.
- A final website presentation will take place for Client approval.
3.2 Client Responsibilities
- The Client shall provide appropriate space and resources for website presentations.
- Promptly reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables is the Client’s responsibility.
- Payment terms and milestones will be as agreed upon in the proposal.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- The Developer retains intellectual property rights to the material contained in the websites developed.
- The Client is granted a limited license to use the websites for their intended purpose.
5. Web Hosting (if applicable)
- The Developer shall provide website hosting services once development is complete, and IF contracted by the Client.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
- Termination fees, if applicable, will be outlined in the proposal.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hashimite Kingdom of Jordan jurisdiction.
